AtriumTutoring centre software

Mornings start with what needs you.

Will I know what needs doing today, and how the centre is going?

See today's classes and the work waiting for you, with reports you can export.

The Today screen

Illustration of the lookout tower from the centre's map, with one list of what needs doing on it, looking out over today's classes and their rolls, one left open and flagged
  1. Needs you today

What is due today or already late, soonest first. Open a line and deal with it there.

  2. Sessions today

Each class on today, and how far its roll has got. Classes still to mark sit at the top.

  3. A roll left open

A class that ends unmarked joins your list until it is marked.

In AtriumYou open one list, sorted by what is due first, and each line opens the work behind it.

Reports

Who is enrolled

New enrolments, withdrawals and churn against the period before. Students showing warning signs get their own list.

Who is turning up

Attendance rate and absences, class by class. Rolls never marked show up too.

What is owed

Invoiced, collected and still owed, month by month. Each family's unpaid balance, by how long it has been due.

How busy each tutor is

Hours taught against hours available, and how full their classes are. Pay cost shows only to people allowed to see money.

Where students come from

Trial requests by where the family heard of you, and how many became students.

Class revenue and tutor cost

See each class's term revenue against its tutor pay, and how full it is.
A forecast of next term's new and continuing students, drawn from your recent terms.
Suggestions of classes to fill or merge, for you to decide on.

Questions about Today and reports

Who sees the Today screen?

Managers see their centre's, with only the work their role can open. Tutors get their own Today, and owners see across centres.

Can we filter by centre or tutor?

You see the centres you work at, on one list. You can narrow it by kind of work, but not by tutor.

What else lands on the list?

Students still to place as their term nears, lapsed Working With Children Checks, and your own tasks. Work with no deadline waits in the full list.

Can we put something off?

Your own tasks snooze to tomorrow or next Monday. Everything else leaves when the work is done.

Which reports does Atrium have?

Overview, attendance, students, tutors, finance, revenue, outstanding debt, enrolment trends, class forecast and class profitability.

Can we export reports?

Yes. Each main report downloads as CSV for the period and centre you pick.

Who can see the money?

Money needs its own permission. Without it, finance, class profitability and pay cost stay hidden.

What does class profitability leave out?

Only approved timesheets count. Salaried tutors count as no cost, and rent and other overheads are not included.
