Xero
Invoices, contacts, timesheets and pay runs go across. Payment status comes back.
Calendar feeds
Each staff member can add their own Atrium sessions to the calendar app they use, through a private link.
Your developers
A developer API, with personal access tokens and organisation API keys.
Your website
Public data feeds show your timetable, course prices, terms and seat counts on your own site. Switch each on for each centre.
Your own web address
Each organisation gets its own web address on zentumtech.com.

Questions about setup
Are settings per centre or for the whole organisation?
Centre details, rooms, terms, subjects and the trial form are set for each centre. Billing defaults, the email look and feedback questions are shared.
Can emails come from our own address?
Set the sender name and reply-to yourself. The sending address has to be verified first; until then emails use the standard sender.
Is there a record of who changed a setting?
Yes. Changes to centre settings, rooms, templates and the email look go in the audit log, covered on the Centres page.
What if the person who set it up leaves?
The settings belong to your centre, so the next owner or manager finds them as they were left.
