  • Owner

    Sees approvals, Working With Children Checks and money owed for each centre. Only owners invite staff and change roles, billing and the accounting link.

  • Manager

    Runs the centre day to day: trials, classes, rolls, invoices and pay runs.

  • Tutor

    Sees today's classes and marks rolls on a phone. Sets their availability and asks for leave.

  • Family, if invited

    Sees their children's classes, attendance, homework and check-ins, and your messages, in the family portal.

When can we start?

Atrium is at capacity for now. Add your centre to the waitlist and we will be in touch when a place opens.

Does Atrium work with Xero?

Atrium works with Xero today. Using different accounting software? Tell us which one. We add new connections based on what centres ask for.

Can Atrium run several tutoring centres?

Yes. One organisation holds many centres, each with its own trial form, and owners get a view across all of them.

Can families enrol online?

Yes, through the parent portal once your centre invites them. Families send enrolment requests there, and see their children, invoices, timetable and messages.

Does Atrium email families?

Only when your team sends an email, or when you switch on an automation that sends one.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Owners, managers, tutors and families each get a phone layout, and the roll is built for a phone first.

Does Atrium work for centres in every state?

Yes. Centres set their own term dates and closures, so school terms in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory all fit.

Can we bring our records across?

Yes. Bring your student list in from a file, or let our data migration service bring the rest across.

What happens to our records if we leave?

Ask for a copy before you go. Then we delete your records, or remove what identifies people, apart from what the law requires us to keep.

Is there a student portal?

No. Atrium is for your owners, managers and tutors, and for families you invite.

What plans does Atrium have?

Core, Assist, Assist + Autopilot in early access, and Custom for 10 or more centres. Extra centres are an add-on for each centre, and custom automations come with the higher plans.
